About the event

Pampering by Pamela: Wellness Wednesdays and Self-Care Saturdays.

Join Pamela for an Indian head massage, facial with massage, mini manicure or hand massage using natural oils and products to suit your skin type. Sit back, relax and enjoy!

Take care of mind and body with wellness activities using yoga, breathing and EFT techniques, as well as mindfulness and meditation, grounding, affirmations, goal setting, self-love jars, sister circles activities and walking groups.

Drop in for friendly and informative discussions on general women's topics, health, wealth, relationships, body image and body changes, food, support with budgeting and finance, families, breast health and awareness, finding work or hobbies, building confidence, make new friends or come and have a laugh, relax, and have some afternoon tea and cake!
